That’s the message from Desmond Meade, Founder of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition.  Meade was listed as Time Magazine’s Most Influential People in the World in 2019, and he is credited with leading the Amendment 4 effort in Florida to restore voting rights for 1.4 million returning citizens.
