Formula 1 was hosted in South Florida for the first time since 1959 with the 2022 Miami Grand Prix. In order to positively impact the Black community, Formula 1 hired Hip Rock Star to host charitable activities and community outreach events that enriched the community and provided lasting legacies. Maintaining diversity and giving back to the community has been important at the forefront throughout the entire event. Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, alongside community and civic partners, collaborated in an intentional and strategic way to create, support, and implement long-lasting initiatives throughout South Florida. The statewide out reach included partnership development, marketing, PR and media mix.
