FPL - EMPOWERING BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES ACROSS FLORIDA 

The FPL BePowerFL Educational Series is a landmark initiative designed to uplift and empower Florida’s Black-owned businesses through dedicated educational programming. Hip Rock Star developed a multi-faceted strategy that combined video production and in-person event management and engagement, marketing, communications, graphic design, branding development and targeted messaging. The campaign’s goal is to maximize reach and encourage widespread participation through events that engaged Florida’s Black business community. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by Black entrepreneurs ranging from limited networking opportunities to a scarcity of essential resources—FPL BePowerFL was in launched in 2022 to address these hurdles
directly, fostering an inclusive business ecosystem within the state of Florida.
