Hip Rock Star conceived, designed and managed Able Business Services’ experiential activation surrounding its presenting sponsorship of the Orange Blossom Classic at Hard Rock Stadium. The activation transformed a 50' x 50' footprint into a fully branded hospitality and engagement experience.

Our scope included creative concept development; experience design; site and vendor coordination; production scheduling; branded environmental elements; an air-conditioned hospitality experience; DJ integration; branded photo opportunities; a classic automobile feature; lead-generation and guest check-in systems; wristband management; promotional giveaways; sponsor integration; staffing; and day-of production oversight.
